Specifically this was from a Superman/Batman annual written by Joe Kelly and is basically an homage to his Deadpool using an alternate version of the character that inspired Deadpool. Even includes a callback to when Deadpool kicked Cap in the balls with Ultraman doing it to Superman.

Also I think it's implied that Earth-Two (since this was before the multiverse came back so it was the Antimater Universe) Deathstroke's name WAS Deadpool since the story avoids mentioning it until the end when he gets cut off before he's able to completely say it.
