Short version: See that demon looking fella? He made a club where he voiced all the (Valid) criticisms that have been levied against the x-men for the past few years. How they've given up on Xavier's dream. How they're isolationists, how they're race supremists, pretty much not even super heroes anymore. And the Maureders don't even try to argue his points because they're good and he's just a big meanie. And then they beat him up.

He also tries to kill his own followers… for some reason. It’s basically to undermine a valid point, even better when it’s a big demon guy against a bunch of handsome assholes lead by the incredibly privileged Kitty Pryde. All to rescue Daken.
The entire issue did nothing, but handwave complaints people have wave with nothing, but Kitty being a white Jewish woman and basically calling him a hater with ulterior motives for hating the island where a Nazi is technically Kitty’s superior.
