In three weeks from today, Chris turns 40.

Happy 40th, Chris!

I cant believe chris is going to spend his 40th birthday in jail for fucking his mummy of a mother

Isn't his hearing soon?

Who's using same lube?

their relationship was always creepy, it was a tossup between wearing her down with begging or banging her dead body but leave it to Chris to split the difference.

>their relationship was always creepy
wdym?

probably another continuance

Why do they keep delaying his trial? Why not just get it over with?

Today, yes. Cpuld be delayed for weather, lots of the East coast got hit with rain that turned into snow overnight. Either way it'll be a closed hearing, and the results (if it isn't continued for weather or time) are likely to be anti climactic. Popular speculation is he'll get some kind of plea bargain with time served and released. Defense protects a disabled guy, prosecution still gets to say they punished a guy for doing incest, he'll be on strict probation with a whole community watching and waiting for him to invariably violate it, and then he winds right back in the slammer

Can classic chris even return? Or is Chris just going to get more and more worse over the years until he becomes an actual monster and not just a creepy bastard.

That's absolutely crazy to think about, 20 years ago he was just some naive young adult like I am right now. Godspeed.

Judge isn't ready fapping to evidence

>implying chris isnt already a monster
His descent started with the tomgirl saga

because real life is not like TV, thers not going to be a trial, it's most likely his lawyer and the prosecution kick things down the road while they try to figure out what to do with the motherfucking sped and getting him to take plea deal that keeps him away from snorlax and off the street after he does his time.

Part of me thinks his defense just loves the weird prison letters and is enjoying this saga of Christory
Or maybe they are trying to run the clock to exhaust all options
What follows for him? Is not like he can't return to his house and his stuff

So how does prolonging this verdict benefit the courts again? I live in virginia but i dont have a law degree

bunch of stuff, read the wiki, but after his dad died she made him sleep in her bed and spoon, this was in his 30's, when he was actually ready to buy his own mattress to get away from her she threatened to kill herself (she does this a lot though)

Ok but did they fuck before? That's all I wanna know

Because no one wants to deal with him. It costs money to send him to prison, and he'd cost extra because he'd need special attention to prevent him from getting his ass beat every day. He's not a violent con but he is a repeat offender who's demonstrated he's not above preying on someone more vulnerable than him. Defense and prosecution probably both want to work out a deal that punishes him, but doesn't involve more work for the state (a group home or whatever) since Chris can, theoretically, take care of himself (can drive, knows where to buy food, capable of paying bills [if not responsibly managing his finances]). He probably won't be allowed back at home though, which is where he's likely to violate probation

So wait why dont they sent him to a home he clearly belongs their

>becomes
consensual or not, Chris had sex with his mother and tried to say he was "healing" her after he got caught. There's no redemption for him

This, the best option is an asylum but I don't think that's PC anymore, it's either taxes being wasted on him or him becoming a repeated offender that makes them look bad
Letting this slide so no party is responsible

he was always an egomaniacal sex pest.

who is going to pay for that?

He cannot be sent to an asylum because he is not criminally insane.

Do you honestly fucking believe that user?

real life is not like Batman son, "legally insane" has a super high bar

DSP gaming turns 40 on April 6.

yep he falls through the cracks of burocracy
he basically some dedicated person to hold
his hand but that is too expensive

is he fucking his mom?

Most people would agree with you but (believe it or not), Chris is more capable than a lot of people you'd see in those places. Because we know everything about him, we know he's capable of taking care of himself (obviously not very well, but they're just looking for basic competence, not to see him thrive and improve his life). The state doesn't want to bother with taking care of someone at Chris's level. As retarded and crazy as he seems from how he presents himself, left to his own devices, he just sits around collecting disability and watching cartoons. The big issue is they can't let him go back home where he might harm Barb again

He tried to get his poor friend to sleep with him and was convinced she was the one to rid him of his virginity.

The guy uses a praying mat to play cards, claims to be a deity and thought that becoming a woman would net him lesbians, being a danger to yourself and others is a bar that was cleared ages ago

Which ones do you recognize Any Forums?

potential danger is not enough
high bar remember

>BuT hE fUcKeD hIs MoThEr!!11
yes he's crazier than a shithouse rat, still not "legally" insane

Yes, you fucking retard. Learn what the law means. Criminal insanity means that he is literally unable to judge a specific action as breeching the law because his mental illness prevents him from forming a Mens Rea, a criminal mind thus completely preventing culpability. If someone is criminally insane it means, he cannot be tried and instead gets sent to an asylum for an indefinite amount of tim until he is considered safe to relase It might be a year, might be five years, might be never.

Chris has clearly shown to know what his crime entails because he tried to hide it, thus proving he knew it was wrong to commit, so he cannot be criminally insane.

Legally insane and criminally insane are not the same.

Did we forget the pickle incident?

Ashens is still based thankfully

Yes. Chris understands that he's violated the law. He tried to rationalize it immediately in letters he's written from jail. Obviously his excuses were insane and stupid, but he recognizes why he's in jail and is complying with COs. All of his shit about how he's a goddess is pure cope, he only keeps doing it because there's a community of autists willing to play along with his fantasies to try and get more "content" out of him. He knows if he wants new toys, or food, he csnt manifest them out of thin air and has to go to the store (or, now, place an order with the jail commissary). Chris is a whiny child who's regressing into playland in a failed attempt to avoid responsibility and consequences, he isn't insane

>he isn't insane
he is everybody who doesn't know
their own gender is insane

Gullible nitwit with no supervision is different from being legit mentally ill
