Why didn’t Disney count them as princesses?

why does mulan and jasmine count?
maybe because they are not beckys?

>ten years of minorities
Can we please bring back traditional American style princesses

>Why didn’t Disney count them as princesses?
because they want to make a consistent brand

american woman want to take away
disney princesses from american girls

Are they daughters of a ruling monarch? Wives of princes?
No?
Ok then not princesses

Maribel isn't a princess in the first place, and Raya's movie wasn't that successful so they'd sooner cut their losses

Both are ugly and poorly written. NuDisney fucking sucks.

None of these apply to Mulan so what the fuck

mirabel is 1000% more american than any classic disney princess.

What are you talking about? Frozen 2 was in 2019, and between beauty in the beast (1990) and Tangled (2010) we didn't have a single white princess.

Meg

Probably because their stories had nothing to do with royalty. Wendy and Alice arent considered princesses for the same reasons, despite being female protagonists.

why do you claim that romanians are not white?

Raya is literally the princess of her fallen nation

Mirabel is like an immigrant, not really a traditional American style girl.

Meg

not princesses

Frozen 2 is not really a white princess movie. They tried to rewrite them as mixed race. Also, its a sequel so that does not count. Frozen was the last white princess, that was ten years ago. The segment you claim had no white princesses actually had a green eyed olive skinned gypsy (white) and Meg (white).

They both just came out, so they're still being marketed as their own things. Raya's probably gonna end up being brought in soon anyways.

>we didn't have a single white princess.
You're making my argument for me. I am bored of endless brown princesses. Bring back the old Disney before they started doing minorities.

You grew up with none-white princess tho.

Latin Americans don’t like monarchies.

Mulan killed an entire fucking army by herself and has the direct approval of the Emperor of China.

The last traditional Disney princess movie was Tangled. I just more movies like Tangled and Aladdin. Pure kino...

Mulan was a minor noble and Jasmine was the sole child of a Sultan.
They're straight up blue-bloods.

this dude wants a pure breed bitch

Because Mirabel is not a princess. As for Raya, I don't know. She is a princess so she should be a Disney Princess.

You got it wrong. Latinoamericans are still more American than eurotrash settlers.

They've already perfected traditional princesses, they need to try new things.

Disney Princess is no longer really a brand since stuff like Frozen can sell without it

>Traditional american syle princess

Gotcha covered

Wreck It Ralph 2 says otherwise.

>American style princesses
>American
>Princess

God, seeing the Disney Princesses associated under the Wreck It Ralph brand of all things is just so fucking jarring to think about.

How do you go from a movie that’s a love letter to retro gamers to a glorified commercial that just advertises corporations and selling dolls to little girls?

They're not in the princess """"""brand""""".
Mulan's the odd one since since she's basically a "princess diversity hire", Raya is not a musical and Mirabel is simply not a princess.

>American style
Like Mirabel and Tiana, user?

>American style
>is European
