If I were to only pick one, I would have to choose something vocal.
An alien civilization capable of finding our signals would have likely already discovered approximations of our instruments, and probably even many of our harmonic, melodic and rhythmic sensibilities. Even their emotional experiences might not be too different from ours.
My opinion on this is mostly influenced by a paleontology podcast I heard once on fossil bio acoustics.

Pic related because there's a hypothesis that Parasaurolophus used their head crests to make trombone-like sounds. I want to hear them and I think any aliens that find us would have a similar mindset to paleontologists.
