Not OP so I don't know for sure, but talentless hacks Turnstile did this

They did it better hyperview is terrible

whirr is probably where title fight got the inspiration to go in this direction

also nothing, especially tired of tomorrow

those are the first bands that come to mind when thinking of heavy shoegaze. it is still mainly shoegaze whith heavy guitars. doesnt really fit the description in my mind. propably very influencial still tho,yes

Meh I don't like either, but Title Fight 2nd album is actually good
Glow on
Aren't those just regurgitating Swervedriver's sound, not really Post-hardcore to be fair

Pity Sex

Narrow head and soul blind are the best in that entire style. fleshwater has a really good ep but it’s just 3 songs. and there is a British band that nobody has heard of called nevermind me that is also excellent, but they broke up already
Hyperview was too ambitious for its own good, not a great album due to relatively poor musicianship, but will be remembered somewhat fondly over time

you are fucking deaf if you think whirr sounds like swervedriver
they sound like starflyer 59 and lush more than anything

listening right now!

i like it but need to listen to a whole album for it to possibly click

post hardcore for me always was stuff like Amenra. one of the most meaningless genre terms, yet it kinda makes sense

they have a thread related easter egg in this video

aren't they more "post-metal" if anything? ie. neurosis, isis etc.

Yeah ur right, they're more like Starflyer, what about Loop?

last fm has them as both post metal and post harcore. the line is blurry i guess

they took a lot of inspiration from lush’s songs in their last album
