I know that's Limp Bizkit on the right but who's on the left? Is it Korn?

Fellow zoomer here. No, but now as an adult, yes

Norms & low IQ people liked them. The demographic overlaps a bit with Juggalos and Mall Goths.

No, I listened exclusively to Dog Eat Dog

straighr

I guess the smartest thing she ever did was take a chance with him.

Listened to System of a Down and Rammstein but not these guys

I listened to Limp Bizkit because it was shoved down the throat of kids at the time.

No, I listened to Static-X, Orgy, Rob Zombie, PM5K, and Lords of Acid.
I actually got suspended from school for wearing a Voodoo-U shirt

All teens and pre-teens were into nu-metal as they are now into trap, with the difference nu-metal was not the worldwide pop phenomenon trap is. Nu metal was alternative mainstream sound and fashion.

Back in those days my favs were P. Roach, Linkin Park and specially SOAD, but I had fun with Limp Bizkit also and tried to listen to other bands.

Older local dudes who had bands listened to everything but were most invested in Tool, Deftones, Massive Attack... apart from the obvious legacy ones as Smiths and The Cure. The crazy part was local bands ended making an underproduced yet artsy take on numetal

Never understood how Korn got so popular, with all the other super popular nu metal bands they at least had some energy to them, but Korn is just so lame and lifeless

who is the left band? they look like Backstreet Boys rejects

anyway, there were a lot of wigga rock bands 20 years ago, people listened to them because they were everywhere

Nu-metal was a worldwide phenomenon tho. It sold itself as an alternative sound, but it was very much a parallel stream to the pop acts of the day. Korn, slipknot, linkin park etc were the biggest bands in the world.

Trap sucks

>Licking feet on the literal album cover
