MIM, but I removed the neck pickup, and put in a Seymour duncan little '59 and a set of piezo bridge saddles. I don't really like stickers but my roommate gave it to me ( I didn't even apply the sticker right but oh well). Not at home so this is the only photo I've got.

They are spec'd differently. The blonde one is a 52 RI with ash body and Texas Specials. The black one is a 4-position modern spec'd one. It's my favourite soldbody guitar design/shape.
