Its called Lyube from the name Lyubertsi. Lyubertsi was one of the worst village/cities in Russia mostly known for the "Lyubertsi Youth Movement". Imagine 80s Reagan PMRC craze but mix it with the thug antics of 80s Skinheads and a little provincial Russian obsession with Sports and "healthy lifestyle" and you get Lyubertsi. These guys were a bunch of small town thugs that would travel to bigger cities (Moscow and Leningrad mostly) in order to start shit there. They would target teens that were a part of any Rock-related subculture. Their most classic tactic was waiting outside a music venue and then attacking in groups the weakest looking people in the audience. Usually they beat up and killed Hippies and Punks because Metalheads were jacked, armed and ready to fight back (there was even a famous story about Metalheads and Lyubertsi having a bloody standoff at some bridge in bumfuck nowhere that was extremely gory and all over the Soviet press). Lyube was basically a studio-project that was intended to be marketed towards these retards (since they were against all Western music and Russian Classical was too above their heads).
Also Lyubertsi took the life of Vasiliy Shugalev (one of the key figures of Belarussian Punk and Alternative music) who was stabbed to death in his own room there while on a trip to Russia. There were many anti-Lyubertsi songs released in the 80s, these two are probably the most famous.
