How do I get this muscle memory back? Practicing scales etc which is helping but wondering if there are other good exercises for improving accuracy

do chromatic exercises. 1234 2134 etc on every string in both directions, do spider exercises, practice scales, all to a metronome if possible.
Another thing people tend to underestimate is the importance of warming up. usually you play much better after 30 minutes of doing exercises and scales than you do just picking up the instrument, so try to keep that in mind, too. discipline is better than motivation when it comes to practicing and getting where you want to be.
