Check out his credits sometime, you'll be surprised. This is the guy who produced Slayers reign in blood, Kanye's Yeezus and Johny cash's American IV. It's a dramatic stiylistic spread, but all of them incredibly intense.
If you dont want that intensity, then he's probably not the guy, but if you want it, there's some stuff to dive into.
