some of these kpop bitches should listen to this
youtube.com/watch?v=9-lNdALkI1U

And take the contact out your eye, you're far from lookin' fly
You get an E for effort, and T for nice try
Now tell me what's the reason, for dying your hair
Slum village gold still dangling in your ear
You barely have a neck but still sportin' a rope
Four-finger ring just so Phifer can scope
You looked in the mirror, didn't know what to do
Yesterday your eyes were brown but today they are blue
Your whole appearance is a lie and it could never be true
And if you really loved yourself then you would try and be you
If your hair and eyes were real, I wouldn't have dissed ya
But since it was bought, I had to dismiss ya

Millions of people visit this site yet its the same 70 or so losers that post in kpg

I find the K-Poppers generally harmless, but I don't get what straight males over 14 would see in it. It's literally just teen pop, but made by Koreans. It'd be like if a guy you hung out with was obsessively into Nsync and Britney Spears.

There is actually some interesting diversity in the genre, so I've done some deep dives, but I always find that the diversity is superficial, like an artist experimented with electronic, ambient, or industrial elements for one song, laid over their normal pop. It's interesting to look at as a non-Korean because of the culture, but I always arrive at the conclusion that if I was Korean myself, I'd probably hate K-Pop.

South Korea is obviously experiencing a kind of pop culture renaissance right now, and K-Pop's popularity was the first part of that. However, excellent Korean films and TV shows have easily eclipsed its popularity, and rightly so.

The pain that lies behind K-Pop is quite creepy, from brutal training schedules, to control over the artists' lives, to extensive plastic surgery.

I actually found one K-Pop artist I genuinely like though: Zion.T. He's like a Korean R&B David Bowie, quirky and unique.
