What the fuck is with all the nu-metal on Any Forums lately?

>nu metal
What the fuck?

no

Favorite band of all time. I'm really happy about the new album.

No because it's not Razor,Voivod,or Rush.

No that's The Tragically Hip.
Speaking of which I should get the hip and barenaked ladies on the radio again. Saving radio one banger at a time.

Their best song by far.

I think you are forgetting about Nickelback.

>MY FINGERS ARE BLISTERED

>it's actually alexis on fire and not alex is on fire

First album was so good

Their best album is Old Crows / Young Cardinals tho

Nope. Comeback Kid all day.

No way. Too soft, good well written songs but not enough energy. I’m not saying music needs to have ear splitting high vocals to be good but their self titled you just felt the raw emotion , pain, anguish literally pouring out , and I felt the guitar work was more intricate which is weird considering how young they were when they recorded it

Alexisonfire, Billy Talent, and Sum 41 are god tier Canadacore

not so fast

Trooper, mofo.

Don't crucify me, cause I love every one, but they have simply gotten better with every album in my opinion. ST feels too much like a metalcore record.
Retarded diapershitter.

Yes of course a band wants to evolve and not make the same record every time I get that. Interesting how you feel the s/t had a metalcore vibe , I never really felt that. To me it’s closer to the 90s original first wave of screamo in most parts which would make sense given that they released it in 2002 and they probably grew up listening to a lot of that stuff

What's their story anyways? Why so much angst on the first record?

forteresse is the greatest candian boyband ever
