Yeah the chords are made up of the intervals of the scale If you understand scales and why they are what they are you'll know they're made up of intervals. Chords are made up of usually the root. 3rd and 5th of the scale and sometimes some added notes like the 7th

Use a fucking pencil and a book. Stop depending on technology all the time like a globohomoed fag. Writing it down is much more intuitive and will let you remember them far better.
