Don't know. Are you tensing your left hand up too much? On guitar you have to learn right-left hand independence too, but it's different on keyboard. For example, you don't want to increase tension in your left hand by fretting too hard, just because you pluck harder with your right; you want to be able to vary your right hand attack while keeping your left hand touch soft. Maybe you're so focused on playing the melody with your right hand, that your left is becoming too rigid.
