Post shitty songs you heard while working in retail.
I've been looking for this one for a while. It's a truly awful pandering hiptser garbage piece of shit.

it’s tradition here for retail to just play this song and feliz navidad on repeat all day long every day during the entire christmas season.
For me, it was m.youtube.com
I work overnight so the playlist changes a bit from the usual 2010s pop. They play the same hits from guys like Queen, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, and Zeppelin non stop. It's probably one of the worst parts of the job. The other day Van Halen's Jump played 3 times in one shift.
I heard inxs play at an albertsons recently. wanted to die. fucking boring band
hot take: that minimal synth fucking goes and is one of the best christmas song ever. mariah carey 's is the annoying one for me
Funny enough I only heard this at night during closing.

That first one's actually pretty good. Catchy and doesn't seem too annoying. To be fair I haven't heard it a bunch of times like you probably have.
Once heard Cocteau Twin's version of Frosty the Snowman at a Walmart and had to do a double take
HEY I LOVE THIS SONG
a few definitely stick out to me

One of the best retail gigs I've done is working for five months at a trendy hipster fashion store where I got to pick the soundtrack, I used to play shit like Pavement, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Parquet Courts, Modern Lovers, The Clean, Built to Spill, Guided by Voices, you know that kind of sound
