Bros are these two Les Paul models using the EXACT same pickups? Or is there an unnoted difference between the studio and the custom? If they're exactly the same I'm not sure why anyone would pay 4x more for the custom
even epiphones use those pickups the price difference is in the quality of materials of the guitar and the workmanship

I was thinking to do a parts tele on the side just to see what comes out of it, but not as my main focus. How much impact do the internals of cheap guitars have considering I don’t think I’d have or want to rip in too deep; replacing tremolos, bridge, humbuckers, maybe aesthetic changes like dials, I hate how glossy moderns guitars are so I might skin it with steel wool.
