Grosse Fuge by Beethoven
Just as amazing as the last 500 times I heard it

Pure Imagination, from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971).

Very enjoyable. I like Gene Wilder. He was cool.

Beethoven 7th symphony

Vivaldi Recorder Concerto in C Major (RV 443)
Loved it, virtuoso performance, had no idea recorders can sound like that, had no idea the history behind the instrument.
Also just a super fun to watch performance. Soloist enters the power stance a couple times

vivaldi is both underrated and overrated lol

uhm this raga called Charukesi. i thought it was amazingly performed , i was like wow

can you elaborate on this or is this just "four seasons aren't that good but everything else is really good"

Handel's Music For The Royal Fireworks. I've always like the piece, but I think the overture is much better when played slow , much more stately that way

I mean he's rated just right if you put all opinions in a blender
because I've seen people both trashing and worshipping him
but again that could be said about lots of things so
so I don't know what I'm saying here

Lohengrin, Act I: Prelude. Wilhelm Furtwängler conducting at the Lucerne Festival
I've always loved Lohengrin and Furtwangler's version may be the best version to be recorded

These things happen buddy

Beethoven - Die Geschöpfe Des Prometheus Op. 43
A mesmerising piece of work. It gets better every time I listen to it.

I heard some Paganini the other day and that shit was ripping hard.

That Yasye Sonata 3 conclusion to Maxim's Sibelius concert performance because it's one of my favorite pieces and he plays it so damn well, followed by Duenas tearing through Paganini Concerto 1 because she absolutely owns that fucker. They were both fantastic, as usual. Here's both if you wanna join in.

I don't listen to much but I listened to Beethoven's 9th like a month ago and quite enjoyed it. Extremely entry level, I know. I like The Four Seasons as well :)

who do you think you are, frankie valli, or some kind of big shot?
