Deha is a difficult artist to recommend as all his albums are different, but he has a bunch that are kind of like DSBM but with minor uplifting tones or are just cathartic to help feel better I guess.
Shit like this has "I am mine to break" which is obviously not a happy concept, but it's that slight encouragement that it's all in your hands and nobody else's, for better or worse.
Also the music itself is a mix of heavier sad bits and calmer post-rock-ish build ups so it's not that intense to listen to either.

It's going to work better than just "BE HAPPY BRO" or "LIFE'S GOOD BRO" as you can whinge about mental illness but if he's suicidal then HE is mentally ill and you can't just have music be like "stop being sad fag" and have it work.
Go back to listening to Hatebreed for "muh motivational" faggotry as a cope rather than a solution.
