They're all equally bad including floral shoppe

Eccojams

They are all the same

Subjective, but I would have to say Eccojams or Floral Shoppe. Blank Banshee 0/1 are really good too, but too niche in its own genre to really be the best and some of the sampling is a bit lazy. 新しい日の誕生 suffers from this issue as well with the exemption of the sampling issue.

Based,
>actual melody
>a shitton of SOVL
>good sampling
感情 T O U C H is one of the greatest tracks of the genre, and you can't convince me otherwise.

>What's the best vaporwave album ever?
the one with no sampling.

>vaporwave without sampling

Bitchin Days by Ninlendo 64 is a personal favorite. I heard a track on plaza.one years ago but only just got into the whole album, the last 3 tracks are probably the best, with the last one being original I think

It's pretty much a tie between Eccojams, I'll Try Living Like This, Skeleton, and Computer Decay.

Eccojams isn't sublime due to it's originality but due to it's I don't give a fuck energy that really kick started the genre's attitude. Plus unlike MacPlus, Lopatin did way more with the sampling to create totally different worlds from his source materiel, while what makes MacPlus good is their overwhleming simplicity that caused everyone to question whether or not it was music or just ripping off the source material. Floral Shoppe definitely gets a mention due to how it popularized it and it's postmodernist attitude is infectious, but as an album it's no where nearly as complete as Eccojams.

I'll Try Living Like This feels like it's verging on post-vapor but more so the final nail in the coffin for classic vaporwave styles, combining everything into one amazing mind fuck.

Skeleton has not only the originality that Eccojams did but took it to a different direction of loneliness and gloom.

Computer Decay is the pinnacle of Broken Transmission and has some of the most haunting and unnerving sounds you can find in vapor.

Out of all of these I still chose Eccojams, it's just genius.

then it's not Vaporwave.
