i am a proud cringe music enjoyer
I saw Converge live a few days ago, one of the best live shows I've ever seen, and maybe the greatest hardcore/metalcore band of all time. Bannon is so intense, and the band is so skilled.
+NIN, Porcupine Tree, The Smiths, Radiohead, Microphones, Dillinger Escape Plan, Burial, Lou Reed, Eno, Suede, Bowie, Aphex Twin, Arcade Fire, Deftones
I'm actually going to recommend checking out the music writer Mark Fisher. Part of the reason people recognized Burial's greatness is because of how into it Fisher was. He's a really interesting guy.
+JD, QotSA, Radiohead, Nirvana, Magazine (great and strangely uncommon post-punk pick), Have a Nice Life, Subhumans
I bet you'd like Xiu Xiu
lol ur thread failed
My thread barely just started and then this one started. Don't be so obnoxious.
I do think it's probably better to start with the more standard format, because I think the one I made can be a little offputting when people first see it, since there's a little too much going on.
