i don't know. i'm 23. yesterday someone asked me if i was an industry plant, because of how polished my product was. but that was one person, amongst a handful of people that listen to my stuff regularly. there is rarely ever tangible growth.

i've tried to find more profitable things to focus my life on. graphic design, psychology, crewing, stuff like that. nothing ever gives me the positive external and internal feedback that music does. it seems like i am destined to do this until i die, with a 99.99% chance of being a penniless loser the entire time. i'm fine with it, but i guess i just didn't expect life to be a matter of being swept up by a tide of my own limited aptitude, and my own limited circumstances
