Because Russian Zoomers don't know anything about their culture or music. Their minds have been pozzed to such a high degree that everything which is not modern is labelled as boomer rock and lumped into the same pile as shit like DDT. Russia has tons of great gems from the 80s, 90s and early 00s but Russian people simply don´t care enough about their own culture to force it online.
But it is cool to see someone else appreciate the classics.
