Prog is pretentious reddit music
Carter Adams
grown up and talk like normal human

Selling England is S, come on.
Easton Parker
Replace a Trick of the Tail with Selling England by the Pound and this list is perfect.
Angel Gonzalez
which other yes albums should I listen to?
Charles Murphy
the album is S with the exception of epping forest imo. just too long for me. not sure why it never clicked since i typically love their long wordy tracks like colony of slippermen
Jason Price
high priority: the yes album, tales from topographic oceans, going for the one, drama
mid priority: debut, time and a word, tormato
low priority: everything else
Adrian Bailey
which one has the "I've seen all good people" song? because I hate that song.
Henry Brooks
that's the yes album. i agree, the intro is a bit lame but it definitely picks up as the song progresses. my main issue with the first few yes albums is that they have too much of a gay hippie psych sound
Brandon Hughes
probably my most controversial list
Luis Miller
the power to believe is too high but otherwise I basically agree
Mason Butler
Poseidon is better than both albums in C.
Michael Johnson
i dislike poseidon because it feels like a shitty remake of court. it doesn't do anything new or interesting unlike every other krimson album and it even samples fucking court.
Daniel Young
the latest album is overrated and feels like an album trying to emulate the "Rocky" theme song
Tyler Robinson
It's less of a "shitty remake" and more of an "improvement in every way"
Zachary Harris
It is kinda of a retread of Court but "Devil's Triangle" and "Cat Food" would never fit on Court. Also I really like the Peace interludes. I must be the only person to find this album extremely underrated.
Isaiah Allen
Ill fucking kill you for dissing Poseidon, starless, red and court
Jack Gray
Logan Perez
Does anyone know of any prog bands that take heavy influence from calypso, raggae, and the like?
Benjamin Gray
More prog like Magma? I've just started listening to them and they're blowing my mind.
Blake Perry
> uses pretentious to describe the music and not the artist
you have no idea what that word is even supposed to mean
