GISM (Japanese crust band that attacked audience with chainsaws and knives)
Whitehouse (power electronics band that wanted to be more extreme than industrial)
Brighter Death Now (death industrial band that wanted to traumatize their audience)
Boyd Rice/NON (maybe the biggest edgelord on Earth)
the entire genre of pornogrind (the main band is GUT)
Regurgitate (a goregrind band whose artwork tends to particularly stand out)
Despise You (a gangster powerviolence band that focuses a lot on drug addiction, crime, etc.)
Hanatarash (noise band from Eye of Boredoms, who did some rather extreme things live)
Germs (violent, fucked up punk band that inspired a lot of hardcore)

I love The Ex and Poison Girls and would recommend them to anyone (both are honestly a lot better than any of the bands I mentioned here )
However, I wouldn't really call either one "fucked up." They're particularly thoughtful, experimental, almost optimistic bands. Good taste though
