Yup it's really fantastic, maybe quite inconsistent but it still blows my mind how much the album achieves, and reocurring dreams alone puts them above most bands of their time
If you like it a lot, check their other albums, all of their LPs + metal circus are kino
yes its just that good
the B side is better
And he's still at it

Yeah Husker Dü is truly one of the worse bands ever
Is there any punk like this?
New Day Rising is better and everyone knows that. Zen arcade is just scarufficore
for me it's 24 hour revenge therapy
shut the fuck up
I really enjoy New Day Rising, I still have to get around to Zen Arcade. I think the album enough that I decided I'm going to listen through all of their albums and Bob Mould's other stuff.
More like Husker dont….
Husker Du-In A Free Land e.p.
Husker Du-Metal Circus
Husker Du-Eight Miles High b/w Masochism World (Live)
Willful Neglect-Self Titled L.P.
Samiam-First album and Soar
Mandingo-Basically every release
That's basically all I can come up with off the top of my head.
I'm not sure if I agree that it's better, but it's a fine album. It's the Sgt. Pepper of punk
Husker Du started out as a thrashy hardcore punk band, and later developed into a more hypersonic pop band combining punk and psychedelic sensebilities.
As far as Bob Mould solo stuff, Workbook takes some getting used to, but Black Sheets of Rain is much better. There is no bad Sugar record.
Enjoy your chartered trip....
