Also the band is currently a new album now. I'm pretty excited though I think it might on the more sillier side like their 80s period.
I like both KC and Magma but I definitely prefer later Magma to King Crimson. KC or Fripp has released anything interesting in the past 20 years while Magma has just recording their best work now. I saw King Crimson a few years ago live and it just lifeless.

Imagine actually listening to hacks like Eno, Robert Fripp, Steven Wilson, etc... Hell the entire prog genre is just worthless and extremely embarassing. It's like a child's attempt at making classical music, except children HAVE made actual classical music in the past. It's the video game soundtracks of popular music. I'm not being ironic when I say listening to artists like Lil Wayne and Lil Uzi Vert are way more worth your time than listening to any prog, """art""" rock or pop shlock. Sure, it's objectively shit, but it's fun shit. Prog manages to be not only objectively shit, but boring and pretentious shit too. There is literally no point in listening to classical LARP when you could just, you know, listen to classical. None of these hacks will ever get close to classical levels of quality with thier limited, dumbed-down artform so why even bother? Why should I listen to Yes, Brian Eno, King Crimson, Van der Graaf, Pink Floyd, Gentle Giant or Genesis when I could listen to Mozart, Bartók, Schubert, Bach, Schoenberg or Brahms instead? And if I get that rare desire of dumbing myself down and listening to some popular music, well I might as well save my mental energy for the actual music and just listen to Lil Pump. Or Lady Gaga, Backstreet Boys. All that shit is basically the musical equivalent of candy, something you eat when you crave it but you don't base your entire diet around. Prog, jazz and all the "art" subgenre is like the McDonalds of music. Sure, you technically can "live" off McDonalds "food"; but at that point why not make yourself a burger instead? It's healthier, tastes better, and if you're feeling fancy you can go to a restaurant and have a nice elegant meal. However, candy is fine once in a while and you can't really "make" candy on your own, so there's no excuse really. I hope I made my point clear now.
