im graduating in two months but i really dont want to. ive become a lot closer with the kids at my school this past year and i dont wanna leave them. im scared to death of the job hunt, especially because of my lack of experience. covid + my own laziness really prevented me from learning how to use equipment hands on. i have one internship under my belt but it was a huge nothingburger that didnt teach me anything. rn im on spring break and most of my friends are gone, im bored.

It's been 3 years since I even spoke to her, dreamed of her last night. It's so dumb, I never even made my shot and she probably didn't even like me back so much in that kind of way anyhow. But in this world, those like her are so few and far in between that nothing has ever come close since then. And God I've tried to expand my horizons. I could have at least seen her again sooner if corona didn't throttle all the alumni events until now. I can finally go to one in April to see friends who are now seniors that I knew as freshmen, but it's unlikely she'd go to that one. Once those seniors graduate, my last physical connections to the school will be severed and I'll hardly ever have a reason to go back again, so I may very well truly never see her again.

Mixed because I'm up for an extremely busy and hectic summer, as well as a lot of worry for floods. Now with all this shit going on in Ukraine, shortages and what not, it's gonna become a game of testing my wits, see if I can do a lot of home growing/picking this year. It's nothing to be too concerned about yet, just nothing to slack off on and wait out.
(keep in mind I'm pretty rurally based, so it's more consequential)
