Objectively Lily is the best vocalist in 4th gen. She has recently broke the record for the highest belting note in a 4th gen debut song. She belted out an A5 note! The fact that she was able to do this during her debut is incredible.
Her cover with Haewon on weekly idol is amazing. She sings with such a clear and pure voice. I believe this is unpopular because people argue that the “best vocalist” spot belongs to someone from sm like ningning or bora. But I believe that Lily has better technique than both of them. She has great support. I feel like ningning and bora are both a bit too nasally.
I feel like the stigma against JYP vocalists and them having bad technique will change with Lily. I can’t wait to see her break more records and gain more achievements
