Koka Records man, they put out some amazing shit in the 80s and 90s. Ukraine was the best country in the USSR (musically) and had the most original music scene. When Sonic Youth toured across the Soviet Union, the Russian public booed and harassed the band but the concerts in Ukraine and Baltics went really well.
Okean Elzy: Most famous Ukrainian band from the 90s. One of the leaders of the Rokapops sound (post-soviet version of Britpop)

Kolleshskiy Asessor: Eclectic mix of Psychedelia, Krautrock, Punk and Slavic Folk. The band recorded a lot of their music in a really poor lo-fi matter to combat their popularity (They were an Experimental Rock band that managed to reach the top of Mainstream Ukrainian charts)

Dhaka Braka's tiny desk is good. That is all the Ukrainian music I know.
here is a good starter pack
saw them a few years back at Desert Daze. Unfortunately they only got to play 15 minutes or so until the whole festival was cancelled for the rest of the night because a major storm was coming through.
