I think what truly makes him an enigma to so many people is that fact that he is so honest. Most people are used to hiding behind fake persona or ideas of who they want to be as an individual. It's weird for the average person to wrap their head around another person literally just being themselves, but that what we're supposed to be doing, right? I agree with you completely, I don't agree with a ton of what Morrisey says, but I applaud his willingness to be genuine and upfront. And I appreciate that he isn't outright trying to offend people, he obviously a considerate person. Its just obviously he cares more about his individuality more than anything, and he feel he's might offend some people, so be it.
