The bridge works by balancing the tension from the strings and the springs If the strings are so low tension that the bridge won't go parallel to the body then you need to equalize that by removing tension on the spring side. Or try thicker string gauge

What fucking tuning are you aiming for dude Lowest I ever tried was Drop B with 12-52s and there was no tension issue. Maybe you need a baritone neck
i'm in Drop D, there's no real tension issues but the bridge doesn't float like it does when on higher tuning it's a cheap guitar i use mostly to work riffs
