JOHNNYS AN AMERICAN
The Early to mid 90s was some of his absolute worst work
this, but the opposite
BEEP BEEP
If you like cringe, sure. Bowie really felt like an old man trying to keep relevant and hip during this era and it was fucking awful.
He was always a trendchaser
This, but the opposite
Buddha of Suburbia and Outside are great early-mid '90s albums. Earthling is later '90s.
What's worse? trying to replicate the same shit you did when you were in your 20's only now you're in your 50's? Or moving on, trying new things and seeing what works and what doesn't?
JOHNNY WANTS TO SUCK ON A COKE
my mom saw bowie during the industrial era and said she wasnt into it. i think he might have played with nin on that tour
shes a pleb. outside earthling hours were all kino
Dumb bitch just wanted to hear Let's Dance and couldn't appreciate Art
*blocks your path*
There needs to be a gif version of him rushing at the camera
The Omikron OST is still among his best work
it was gold compared to his mid '80s - early '90s period
>trying new things and seeing what works and what doesn't
Lol. If you're an artist, you're bound to make a lot of things that don't really work. But you don't have to release it officially and let the world see you make bad art. If an artist experiments and the results aren't very good, it is valid to critisize him not for experimenting, but rather for not stopping at a certain point and realizing his art is bad before releasing it.
last good thing he did was scary monster (1980)
>you can’t say thing bad, other thing also bad!
god this argument style is infuriating
