Basically a reddit user named Casketjack posted on that he'd had a copy of the tape for all these years and didn't realise there was such a fuss over it. He posted the full photos of the cover and insert and a rip of the last two tracks from Side A. He was debating uploading a full rip then some Any Forums schizo named Isla Isle started threatening to rape Casketjack's family if he did.
Casketjack promptly disappeared leaving hundreds of Godspeed fans with blue balls and a state of pure rage.

Casketjack was probably a 40-50+ year old dude who went to the early GYBE show in Moncton, where Efrim sold the rest of the tapes he didn't give to his friends, 12 of which he gave to them. So he sold 21 tapes at that show.
