I mean like they probably share mutual inspiration to a degree but the stylistic elements within the music are completely different. And sure, goreshit has made some nosier stuff, especially early on, but not really like this... And goretrance X is particularly not really at all noisy. Also, and this is unrelated, but Vg has seemingly fascist political leanings. Might just be a joke, but even then that's always been a turn off for me.
gorenoise is much more obscure and much weirder, pleb ; )
some people like to make music like this, and the people who do usually make a lot of it, Vg only has like 4 releases on discogs under that name, but they also have over a dozen other aliases. there are literally thousands of similar albums.

I can't tell you genre, but the song "1500 feet" by Isaiah lee is pretty unknown. I found it on 420chan probably a decade ago now and the only thing I've seen come close to the sound is the band "Puppet".

I purchase good physical chiptune albums whenever I get a chance. The problem is they almost always just press 500 copies of vinyl or something stupid like cassette/minidisc and I'm not paying $80 in the secondhand market for some shit someone just bought to sell for 4 times the cost a year later and I need to have some player they don't make anymore. Future funk and nu-disco has the same issue. At least those two have some pretty widespread recognition where chiptunes can't get out of the "lol like old videogames right?" market.
tl:dr I want to support them but they make it so fucking difficult.
