I think ublock has some anti-cookie filters but they aren't as good.

You can add the same filters to uBO. There are several different lists to choose from. uBO may even have some built-in by now.

Not as good. I don't care about cookies didn't just have filters it also autoclicked boxes for some notifications because filtering them breaks the site.

Pretty sure some google popups can't be filtered. Not all of them, it seems random which one you get, but they can appear on any google service.
