everytime i go to do it, i just can't. wish i had the will power

living isnt something you should feel forcrd to do. My guess is that you lack/ ignore the things that make it nice l, with a long shot guess you spend majority of your life trapped inside your home seeing how you post question like that on Any Forums.
You could be struggling financially to make ends meet or be forced to face unpleasant shit on regular basis, in which case it is a hard situation to fix, but I think 75% of people asking these question can solve them with a simple

i fear death far more than i dislike life, so i gave up on thinking about death and focused on life's pleasant bits. that and not caring about the negatives work well enough for me to be happy
