>techtubers are recommending 4core cpus now
did we get meme'd by the moar cores narrative?

Attached: 1637431002862.jpg (1078x1028, 79.61K)

i tried to update windows 7 to 10 and all it said was 'windows 10 update has failed' but no other information. how the fuck do i know what MS has fucked up for this to fail?

Ryzen 3 or Core i3? Yeah I know quad-cores aren't exactly the best but money's tight.

what is your budget?

for a cpu, around $225. total system should cost about a grand.

i3 12100(F) if you really want an i3. if not, the 12400F for 180 or non F for 200

Is there still any use for a 7200 rpm HDD? I was thinking of picking one up for emulation since I don't want to waste space on ssd.

anime and porn

But I don't need 7200 rpm for that?

Are you saying you don't need 20TB of anime and porn?

I'm talking about the speed of the hdd.

But you said space

>Is there still any use for a 7200 rpm HDD?

I finally got a 3070, happy as fuck.

I'm getting a 12700k and mobo next month to replace my 8600k but I have enough for an SSD right now.

Can a Z370 mobo use a PCIE4 SSD slowed down until I get my new cpu/mobo?

ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 - pending

Anything better for the liquid cooler I should be looking at?

I'd get the 850.

Planning on it. Only way for the 3080 was to bundle and I went with the cheaper option (the 1000w sold out and is overkill anyways during checkout)

iirc all HDDs are 7200rpm nowadays
i believe 5400rmp was phased out a couple of years ago or something
