I'm looking to get a VPS service for a reasonable price that lets me load the OS of my choosing, in this case - Arch with a hardened kernel - to the RAM of the VPS' hardware, lets me remote kill the server, and also lets me get away from the glowies and the 14 Eyes. I want to be write a script that installs and configures things for me, in case of shutdowns/downtime on the server/emergencies. I've searched a little, probably not enough though, however I've settled on a VPS based in Switzerland. Any other country recommendations though - that would be awesome. I'm looking to spend $200 a month or less. Not going to be doing anything that illegal, just want to make my own VPN company, as per Mental Outlaw's guide on Youtube

For now, these are the specs I need for the VPS: 32GB RAM 2 cores (AMD, I learned recently that Intel has things baked in the chip that spy on you, haven't heard anything like that about AMD - yet) 50GB hard drive space No GPU Ability to SSH in from anywhere, even on my phone should I so choose to have BusyBox or some terminal emulator on it, etc.
Do you really need all that though? The answer is no.

It sounds like you're trying to create a commercial VPN service instead of just a personal one? If that's the case just look for data centers outside of 14 eyes, contact them and pitch your plan
