Let me to explain. You're an awkward, introverted guy. You don't do well with women in real life. They seem too different. Their interests don't align to yours. You come to Any Forums and you discover that in spite of the "no girls on the internet" meme, there are plenty of girls here. Whats more, they share your interests, they even share your sense of humor!
You reach out to them. In the past it was Skype servers, now it's discord. You get to know them. You get attached. Maybe you start an e-relationship, maybe you even meet up if you're lucky. It's thrilling.
You quickly discover these girls who share your interests aren't actually any better than women irl. They're slutty, they send nudes to dozens if not hundreds of men through discord.
