Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The test attempts to assign four categories: introversion or extraversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, judging or perceiving.

>Your type LII 5w6 sp/so LFEV (I'm unironically unsure about my MBTI type)
>Do you consider yourself to be depressed Clinically? I don't think so. But I'm not sure.
>Have you ever been diagnosed with a mental problem Yes. Asperger's.
>(Optional)Do you feel like you have access to a therapist and or psychologist I'm not sure what you mean by "feel" like I have access. Do you mean, am I willing to open up to one or the other? Or do you mean, do I believe I'm in a position to book an appointment and physically see one?
>>Have you ever been diagnosed with a mental problem Depression. they gave me pills. hence prior answer
>>(Optional)Do you feel like you have access to a therapist and or psychologist Yes. Used to talk to one on a fortnightly basis. she had huge booba and wore low cut tops. Her therapy was actually pretty good even without the display and helped me process some stuff

>>Your type INTP. >>Do you consider yourself to be depressed I am a melancholy person, but whether that is a malady or simply my character I cannot say for certain. >>Have you ever been diagnosed with a mental problem Depression. >>(Optional)Do you feel like you have access to a therapist and or psychologist Nope. I begged my GP to refer me to a psychiatrist, and he would only offer prozac and group therapy. I asked how I am I supposed to talk in a group when one of the major problems I have is being able to think and speak effectively in group settings, and he said take it or leave it. Private therapists cost something like 60 quid for a 55 minute session. One a week, would add up to 3,120 quid a year, or 32.3 percent of my income after tax/rent/utilities. I know what is wrong with me, somewhere between schizoid and avoidant, I have read enough literature to know that there is very little a therapist can do to help me. CBT might work for the avoidant elements of my personality, but I can administer it myself with relative ease. The schizoid tendencies are significantly more of a concern.
