Easy. Liver which is cheap, buy cheap american grown rice (make sure to wash it before eating it), and butter tends to go on sale a lot. You just might have to switch between salted and unsalted depending on what's for sale. Cook rice, chop and dump in raw liver (freeze and thaw it out to be safe. Cooked liver also tastes bad compared to raw) and mix in with the steaming hot rice and dump melted butter over it. Just eat this a lot.

good luck testing maxes! I'm working my way up and will test them in a couple weeks time. still having trouble getting deadlifts off the floor. today I 'failed' the first rep of my top set, then immediately gave it another shot and it goes up fine. I think I'm just psyching myself out or something.

I think I might be in good enough shape to go down a size.
I am fraudulent in the shoulders in the way that I look a lot bigger than I really am in hoodies. So maybe a size down will taper me in a way that makes me look more flattering.
