Yes (barely)

is 1/2/3/4 just 1 rep or can you "do it" if you can do like 8 reps?

reached 1/2/3/4 after a year but fell for the ottermode meme in year 2.
Stayed around 12% for a year lost muscle and strength and made no gains; my body was small but looked good.
I'm planning on spending years 3 and 4 at a slightly higher body fat 15-20% to make size and strength gains.

There's no way in hell your ohp is 135lbs or bench is at 185lbs after only 3 months

>6 months
.75/2/2.5/2

Just over a year and no

>3 months
>ohp 1 plate
>ohp same as squat
>2 plate deadlift

2 plate bench press
3 plate squat
4 plate deadlift

1rm or 5rm depending on who you ask

5 reps

So
