Burn every single person in politics alive now, remove the party system, and just have a generic party where individuals are voted in sight unseen off ballots that show exactly what that individual intends to do. Right to vote exists IF you can prove within a reasonable doubt over written test you understand that part of the system and aren't misinformed due to ignorance.
