I suppose that's true. Another issue is that women are part of the work force now. So previously, when women needed financial support they would've settled. But now they have loads of money and don't need men for money. So they can focus on Chads even more.

It's grim. There's a ton of factors in play that make being a young man in today's society a shit deal. I mean literally there has probably never been a worse time to be a young man.

Realistically? Not much different than what's already happening. Life will continue to be shitty and meaningless for more and more young men, and the effects of that will continue to be felt by greater society with lower rates of male workforce participation, educational attainment, homeownership, and marriage. Society in general will continue to get less prosperous but I doubt we'll ever see a full blown "beta uprising" or whatever. Men and women will just keep getting fatter and more depressed and nobody will do anything about it.
