And then what? Are these workers satisfied or do they want to die every day they go in? Fuck that. I'll let you in on a little secret, most companies with "now hiring" signs aren't hiring. We had one at our shop even though we had no plans to hire anyone. We were required by corporate to always have that in the window. I assume it's for 3 reasons:

>Give the impression the business is big, booming, and growing even though it was losing money
>Fool normie boomers (who are quite gullible) into blaming the unemployed for their laziness instead of the fact the economy sucks and the jobs you do get pay terribly.
The last one might be extra pernicious when multiplied across hundreds of industries. Make it seem like everyone is hiring and the economy is growing when very few are hiring and even fewer hiring with no experience. So then it's the fault of poor people for their lack of industriousness.

No lies, I am living it. Previously terminally NEET before realizing I had to do something with my life. I almost went into retail hell before something popped up and I couldn't take that job offer and then continued looking until I accidentally found a good opportunity.

Depends what they make of it. There are retards barely scraping by spending all of their money on cigarettes and scratch offs and child support, and then there are others who live with their parents and have 0 expenses. Not everyone is living the same exact lifestyle.

I still live with my parents and I have almost $60k saved up now from zero.

My current job has 3 open positions in a total of about 30 employees. One position we've been looking for and in need of badly for months now but they just aren't offering high enough wage for it I think. One guy was terminated in the last month and another was promoted, so those two positions are open.

I didn't go to highschool past year 8 and I spent most of my late teens and early twenties smoking weed out of a bong made with a plastic bottle and garden hose and I also considered becoming an hero until my father died of natural causes and I saw what it did to my family and I knew that if I did it to myself, I'd probably destroy the rest of them.

Quit weed, got my drinking down to once a week on Saturday nights and on a fixed amount, did a college-pathway course and am now in University working towards a teacher at age 26.

Unless you live in Africa user, there is always hope if you're willing to be patient and live with a bit of discipline and go through the few years that suck ass.

I hate university with everything in me, not because of the people or the social element or anything, I just really don't enjoy more school, I left it once for a reason. But I suck it up and do it for the next 40 years.

and it's not like i just did it perfectly and on life goes, when I had to do my end of year education essay last year, I was smoking 30 (cigarettes) a day and I punched the windshield of my old car (not used anymore) out of anger because of how much mental anguish it was causing me.

but I got it done and will continue to get it done.
