Yesterday, I posted about ending a four day fast with a plate of spicy sausages (and lots of hot sauce). I didn't even go that day. I went this morning and everything was normal like before the fast.

My thoughts:

Keto, like Fasting- is a TOOL to get you below 20% bf. Use fasting/keto macros to help remove the bulk of the fat, but reintroduce some microdosed fruits/veg once you're down to the 15-20% range to help normalize hormones, digestion, etc

I'm the other guy and I hate vegans. I said "micro dose" fruit and veg.

As in
