I'm spending a couple months of vacation on my birth country, and I'm at my father's. He knows that I have sleeping issues, and even then puts the goddamn alarm, a fucking cock, every day at 5am, for nothing since he doesn't even realize the goddamn thing is making noise, then I gotta wake up, turn it off and can't sleep again. Problem I usually am able to sleep at 2, so, I'm going to the gym and stuff sleeping 3/4 hours daily.

When do you wake up? It sounds counter intuitive, but if you're consistently getting less than you're required 8-10 hours, it makes it way harder to fall asleep. I used to have the same insomnia issue that lots of guys do, but once I started getting my ass to bed at a decent hour and getting enough sleep my insomnia pretty much went away. Figure out when you have to wake up, give yourself 8.5 hours to sleep, and then for two weeks tack on another 2 hours to this figure and see what happens.

Cup of coffee before sleeping. I've been doing this for a month now and my sleep is so regular that I even started to get 1-2 hours of vivid dreams before waking up minutes before my alarm. Small doses of melatonin helps too. If you overdo it, you'll just feel like shit

If he's not wrong about being 80HD then stimulants won't have a normal effect on him. For me, big doses of caffeine improve my mood slightly, but also makes me a bit drowsy or at least in the right mindset to try sleeping
