Will I miss out on my genetic potential because I didn't lift during those year?
Are teenage years really the best age to start lifting?
Only Calisthenics from 14-20. Full body workouts and weighs after 20.
Yes, if you are over 25, hell even over 20, you may as well give up on starting to lift. It was over before it even began.
Fucking hate you doomniggers. Even if you did miss out on genetic potential, you post is worded to imply you aren't a teen anymore, so whats the point in worrying? I should have started lifting when I was 20 instead of october of last year, but I didnt, and now here i am.
*weights
he juiced like crazy, any age is ok to start lifting when you juice like him
people underestimate the power of juicing
He is natty on the right picture. He only started juicing after 17.
He looks like a girl
Would breed
bruh, he is 12 in the left picture.
Tight
Calisthenics plus a team sport, lifting should be a bit later in life imo
Realistic scale:
>14-18
perfect time to start lifting, you will achieve 100% of your natural genetic potential if you're serious about lifting
>19-22
still great, not perfect, but can still achieve about 80-90% of your natural genetic potential
>23-26
you have missed out on some gains, but can still build a decent physique
>27-35
at this point, you have missed out on a significant amount of natty gains and can only achieve about half of your natural genetic potential
>35+
Just roid lmao
In my experience, no you won't miss out on anything. I lifted a little bit as a teen and gained a little bit of strength for a lot of effort. After that I didn't lift seriously for almost a decade because I fealt like i was going nowhere with it. Did some basic calisthenics to maintain my strength, but that was about it. I don't know how to explain it, but when I hit about 25 years of age I felt something change with my body. I've always worked jobs with intense physical labor and I never really felt like I was getting stronger from it until I hit 25. All of a sudden shit just started to get easier for seemingly no reason. So I decided to start hitting the gym again and low and behold suddenly I was able to start making quick gains with very little effort. Like there's absolutely no way I could've gotten those kind of gains as a teen. I'm 28 now and it still feels like it's getting easier. So anyways, just start lifting and see what haopens.
Start NOW
The best year of your life to start lifting is teenager.
The second best time is today.
>left pic
That's a girl.
damn he looks 10 times hotter and more attractive in the left pic. women genuinely find that physique the most attractive, not some ugly balloon meathead.
bullshit, he looks like a weak twink.

The only thing you have as an advantage as a teenager is time. Time you can pour into training 3-5h/day. As you get older and more responsibilities pile up it becomes harder and harder to focus on lifting and you go less often for shorter amounts of time.
With a teenage-like time commitment anyone except maybe some old fart can become buff.
Best time to build good habits but upper body is tougher to develop at 16 than at 22
Most team sports have you training with weights by 14-15
If his age is one the clock…
not user but this is what women like
but who lifts for women anyway
it's pathetic
