Yes. Heavy squats and front squats do, even DLs can help. Heavy back squats. Heavy front squats box jumps. High Volume fast DLs + box jumps. Also rope skipping; weighted rope doing double unders.

Balanced strength in quads, hamstrings, and glutes is the best way to build speed. The quads help for force generation off of the foot strike, that that doesn't mean anything if your turnover rate is low. Deadlifts, squats, and glute bridges are probably the 3 most important lifts for increasing sprinting speed.
